Skåne Netball Club message on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
SNC is committed to keeping our members safe during this pandemic and have therefore implemented the suggested restrictions. We encourage all members to take responsibility for their health and not come to training when displaying even mild symptoms.
As a club we have been closely monitoring the situation and are following the advice of the Swedish Public Health Authority. In order to keep our members safe, normal netball training has been cancelled. However, it is really important that we stay fit and active and therefore we have adopted a number of measures to keep our members safe.
We advise any members in risk groups, or over 70 years of age, to stay at home until the risk of infection is reduced.
All training will be outside until further notice.
We will provide hand sanitiser at all fitness sessions.
We have adapted fitness training to allow for social distancing where possible.
Any equipment used at training by more than one person will be disinfected frequently.
Members are encouraged to come to training by car or bike where possible.
To ensue that you, and other members, remain safe and healthy please make sure that you are following the health recommendations:
Stay home if you have a fever, a cough, a running nose, or any respiratory symptoms.
Wash your hands often and carefully with soap or antibacterial gel.
Don't touch your face.
Cough or sneeze into your elbow.
If you feel unwell go home and look after yourself.
Avoid shaking hands or hugging others. A smile goes a long way.
Avoid unnecessary travel on public transport to get to training sessions.
Don't share a water bottle with other members.
